Who is the event for?
The Community Rec Leadership Summit is an invite-only event designed for executives within the community recreation space, such as YMCAs, JCCs and parks and rec facilities. If you are interested in attending, please fill out this interest form and a member of our team will reach out if it’s a good fit.
What does the registration fee cover?
Your registration fee encompasses all meals and beverages provided during event times, as well as participation in all event activities and educational sessions.
Where should I fly into?
The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is a convenient 25-minute drive from the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa, our event venue in San Antonio, Texas.
When should I arrive and depart?
The Community Rec Leadership Summit begins on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. CT with the welcome reception. The event concludes on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 1 pm CT after lunch. We recommend planning your departure after lunch unless you plan on staying extra days.
What should I wear?
There is no strict dress code, but business casual attire is suggested for networking events, education sessions and dinners. Also, please pack fitness attire for any fitness-based team-building activities or personal workouts you wish to participate in, including swimwear.
Can I bring a colleague or a partner?
Each company is limited to two attendees (per facility), on an invite-only basis. You are welcome to bring guests to select networking activities for an additional fee. For more details on guest ticket pricing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your attendance, we offer a full refund on the event registration fee if the cancellation is made 90 days prior to the event. For cancellations made less than 90 days before the event, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may send another representative from your organization in your place if you cannot attend.
