“Another superb event with great attendees who were very engaged and happy to share their thoughts which allows campus rec to improve and grow. Keiser is very proud to be part of this group.”
Alastair Watson, Vice President — Keiser
“The Campus Rec Summit is a standout event for industry partners. The format fosters meaningful one-on-one conversations with decision-makers in a way that feels personal and productive, not transactional. It’s rare to find an event so intentionally designed for connection. We left with real insights into the needs and goals of campus recreation professionals, which better equips us to support their communities.”
Brittany Barrett, Director of Sales, Recreation — PLAE
“The intentionally to create numerous opportunities to connect with peers and engage in meaningful/enriching discussions is what sets the Summit apart. After multiple years I continue to walk away with new folks met, lessons learned, and ideas to take back and implement.”
Laura Hall, Senior Director — University of Florida
“The Campus Rec Summit brings together leaders in campus recreation with intentionally crafted conversations and connections. This is an event you don't want to miss!”
John McDonald, Director of Campus Recreation Services — University of Utah
“The Summit cut through the noise and offered a robust 48-plus hours of professional development”
Tom St. John, Director of Campus Recreational Services — Binghamton University
“As a first-time attendee, I would highly recommend the Summit to anyone, but especially those who are new to the director role. The connections and side conversations were extremely valuable. It provided the opportunity to discuss current issues and brainstorm together.”
Leigh Garstecki, Director of Campus Recreation and Wellness — University of Nebraska Omaha
“This is the premiere event for directors to gather and learn from each other. Attending the Summit is a great opportunity to connect and network not only with fellow directors but vendors we work with throughout the year, giving us quality time and building trust with those leaders we can potentially purchase from. Thanks again for the opportunity to attend this amazing event!”
Justin Cato, Director of Campus Recreation & Wellness — Western Kentucky University
“The intentionality of interaction at this event makes it a must for any leader in campus recreation. All conversations are so pure and authentic that you cannot help but to learn.”
Jerrod Jackson, Director — University of Missouri, Columbia
“The Campus Rec Summit is the most valuable professional development opportunity for recreation directors currently offered in our field. This event provides an intimate setting to relax and discuss the most relevant topics in our field while incorporating intentional social opportunities to build relationships with multiple colleagues.”
David Hall, Director of Recreation — Quinnipiac University
“This conference is a rare and essential space where departmental leaders can engage with honesty, vulnerability, and humility in a truly safe environment. Unlike other events that often foster competition, limit participation, or allow a select few to dominate the conversation, this gathering ensures equal opportunity for everyone to learn and share. It uniquely acknowledges the distinct nature of campus recreation, recognizing where we stand within our universities and embracing the fact that each of us operates under different circumstances.”
Ryan Hagen, Associate Athletic Director — Yale University
