FAQs for the Club Solutions Leadership Summit

Who is the event for?

The Club Solutions Leadership Summit is an invite-only event for high-level executives (c-suite) and owners of for-profit gyms, health clubs and studios within the health, fitness and wellness industry. If you are interested in attending, please fill out this interest form and a member of our team will reach out if it’s a good fit.

 

What does the registration fee cover?

Your registration fee encompasses all meals and beverages provided during event times, as well as participation in all event activities and educational sessions.

 

Where should I fly into?

Plan to fly into the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport in San Juan. The resort is about an hour away. Uber is available, in addition to private car services. There is also a shuttle option or small group transport option (reservations required more than three days in advance).

 

When should I arrive and depart? 

The event starts officially at 6:30 pm AST the evening of May 5. However, we are doing an optional pre-event activity earlier that day, which includes a tour of San Juan. If you plan to join us for that you’ll want to fly in on May 4 (email rachel@peakemedia.com for more details and to secure your spot). The event ends the evening of May 7. You’ll want to check out on May 8, unless you plan to stay additional days.

 

What should I wear?

There is no strict dress code, but business casual attire is suggested for networking events, education sessions and dinners. Also, please pack fitness attire for any fitness-based team-building activities or personal workouts you wish to participate in, including swimwear.

 

Can I bring a colleague or a partner?

Each company is limited to two attendees (per fitness facility), on an invite-only basis. You are welcome to bring guests to select networking activities for an additional fee. For more details on guest ticket pricing, please contact heather@peakemedia.com.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your attendance, we offer a full refund on the event registration fee if the cancellation is made 90 days prior to the event. For cancellations made less than 90 days before the event, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may send another representative from your organization in your place if you cannot attend.
