• The Campus Rec Base Camp is an exclusive peer collaboration event that brings together 30 aspiring directors for two days of industry relevant roundtable discussions, panels, networking and unique team building experiences.

  • With a commitment to educating and empowering campus rec professionals, Base Camp will provide expertise, insights and experiences that will be a valuable part of your professional development now and in the future.

  • Thirty aspiring directors, six executive directors who will moderate and facilitate the educational content for this event, and 10 sponsors for open discussions and activities in a fun and relaxing environment.

  • Campus Rec Base Camp will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland, a four-star modern, urban retreat located on the edge of Baltimore’s Harbor East District.

  • The cost to attend is $749 for Early Bird Pricing and includes all food and beverage during event times, all activities, and all education sessions. The rate will increase on March 5, 2024.
