Who is the event for?
The Pickleball Innovators Summit is an invite-only event you are interested in attending, please fill out this interest form and a member of our team will reach out if it’s a good fit.
What does the registration fee cover?
Your registration fee encompasses all meals and beverages provided during event times, as well as participation in all event activities and educational sessions.
Where should I fly into?
The Tucson International Airport (TUS) is a 40-minute drive from The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa.
When should I arrive and depart?
The Pickleball Innovators Summit begins on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. MT with the welcome reception. The event concludes around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14. We recommend planning your departure for Wednesday, October 14 after 2 p.m.
What should I wear?
There is no strict dress code, but business casual attire is suggested for networking events, education sessions and dinners. Bring your pickleball gear, shoes, etc. as we will have multiple opportunities to play pickleball. There is also a fitness center on site, as well as pools — so definitely pack your swimwear.
Can I bring a colleague or a partner?
Each company is limited to two attendees (per facility), on an invite-only basis. You are welcome to bring guests to select networking activities for an additional fee. For more details on guest ticket pricing, please contact heather@peakemedia.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your attendance, we offer a full refund on the event registration fee if the cancellation is made 90 days prior to the event. For cancellations made less than 90 days before the event, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may send another representative from your organization in your place if you cannot attend.
