  • The Club Solutions Leadership Retreat is an exclusive, two and a half day event that brings together over 60 commercial club operators for valuable collaboration. Attendees will engage in relevant roundtable discussions, panels, networking opportunities and team-building experiences, all designed to foster growth and innovation within the health and fitness industry.

  • Attend the Club Solutions Leadership Retreat for exclusive networking, actionable takeaways, industry-specific education, dynamic discussions on key topics, unique team-building, and long-term ROI — positioning your club for future growth and success.

  • This event caters 60 health club operators, including VPs, general managers, directors, franchisees and other key leaders involved in day-to-day operations. The Retreat is designed specifically for mid-level and management professionals, providing them with valuable insights to grow and opportunities to network with others in similar roles.

  • The Leadership Retreat will be held at The Chateaux Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. Just outside the historic downtown of Park City, the intimate resort offers mountain views and a chance to retreat from the day-to-day.

  • The cost to attend is $649 and includes all food and beverage during event times, all activities, and inclusion in all roundtables.   • What I love about this Retreat is that it’s self-contained. What I mean by that is when you get here from begging to end everything is taken care of so you can really focus on your conversations and relationships. Even the Demo Times you get to see everyone, you get to make a connection and really have a plan to follow up later. I think it’s a great balance between content, education and actually networking. The Retreat does a tremendous job of giving us the opportunity to get the most out of the time we’re here.

  • The Club Solutions Leadership Retreat allows club operators and senior staff a place to come together and discuss topics of the highest concern that we all share in some capacity. Club staffing/labor is always an uphill battle, as we all want the best and the brightest. There were some great stories shared on how people joined the industry at a young age. It was not their intent to stay but they saw a great opportunity. It takes a great network of people to strategize and lean on so we can hopefully make more of those stories a reality for the club staff we have, grow and train them to be amazing leaders. The Retreat was amazing, a great opportunity for me to get to know a few more people within the industry and hear the updates on what lies ahead for them.

  • I like the forced interaction of the Retreat. If I'm being honest, I've done other events in the industry for so long, and you just find that there's entire vendors that you don't end up visiting, or there's entire club operations that you don't connect with because people tend to congregate where they're comfortable. I think what I liked the most is, this is an anti-click establishment. Everyone interacts with everyone, and a lot of good came out of that.

  • We love this event. We do it every year. It's hugely valuable for us. I think there's a good mix of return attendees as well as brand new ones. We like that blend. You know, sometimes you have too much of just the brand new or too much of the people that have been here every year. It gets a little stale. But this event does a great job of kind of keeping it fresh.
