Who is the event for?
The Club Solutions Leadership Retreat is an invite-only event designed for top health club operators. If you are interested in attending, please fill out this interest form and a member of our team will reach out if it’s a good fit.
What does the registration fee cover?
Your registration fee encompasses all meals and beverages provided during event times, as well as participation in all event activities and educational sessions.
Where should I fly into?
The Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) is a 35-minute drive from the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa in in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico.
When should I arrive and depart?
The Club Solutions Leadership Retreat begins on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. MT with the welcome reception. The event concludes the evening of Wednesday, September 30. We recommend planning your departure for Thursday, October 1.
What should I wear?
There is no strict dress code, but business casual attire is suggested for networking events, education sessions and dinners. Also, please pack fitness attire for any fitness-based team-building activities or personal workouts you wish to participate in, including swimwear.
Can I bring a colleague or a partner?
Each company is limited to two attendees (per facility), on an invite-only basis. You are welcome to bring guests to select networking activities for an additional fee. For more details on guest ticket pricing, please contact heather@peakemedia.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your attendance, we offer a full refund on the event registration fee if the cancellation is made 90 days prior to the event. For cancellations made less than 90 days before the event, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may send another representative from your organization in your place if you cannot attend.
